Jubal Communications, Inc. understands that the vast majority of Internet users still use a dial-up modem connection to connect to the Internet. While broadband technologies, DSL, satellite, T-1, and cable, have flourished less than one third of the United States has the capacity and infrastructure to support these technologies. Therefore, it seems to reason that if you are seeking the average web surfer as a customer, it makes no sense to develop a site solely for broadband use.

Yet this does not mean that a site for low speed connections needs to be just flat or boring. Jubal Communications, Inc. can demonstrate to you how to use animated gifs, streaming audio, and flash and shockwave technologies in a judicious manner to enhance the value of your site.
